Enquire about mentoring

How it works

  1. 1

    Diagnostic and agenda setting

We open with a structured session establishing what you actually need to work on — which is often not what prompted the call.

  2. 2

    Monthly structured sessions

Ninety minutes, scheduled in advance, with a working agenda. Held in person in London or by video.

  3. 3

    Access between sessions

Time-critical decisions do not wait for the calendar. Between-session access is included for the questions that cannot.

  4. 4

    Review and close

Mid-point and closing reviews against the goals set at the outset — so the programme is accountable, not indefinite.

  5. 5

    Network introductions

Where genuinely useful, introductions within academic, institutional and entrepreneurial networks.
