Privacy Policy
How KeysnLinks Ltd collects, uses and protects personal data, and the rights you have under UK GDPR.
Who we are
KeysnLinks Ltd is a company registered in England and Wales (company number 13365838), with its registered office at 338a Regents Park Road, Office 3 & 4, London, N3 2LN, United Kingdom.
For the purposes of UK data protection law we are the data controller for personal data collected through this website. You can contact us at info@keysnlinks.com.
What data we collect
We only collect personal data that you choose to give us. We do not buy data, and we do not build profiles of visitors.
- Enquiry form: your name, email address, organisation (optional), the subject you select and the message you write.
- Newsletter: your email address and, if you provide it, your name.
- Correspondence: any information contained in emails, WhatsApp messages or calls you initiate with us.
- Technical data: aggregated, anonymised usage statistics such as page views and approximate country. This does not identify you.
Why we use it, and our lawful basis
- To respond to your enquiry and provide the services you ask about — lawful basis: legitimate interests, or steps taken at your request prior to entering a contract.
- To send the newsletter, where you have subscribed — lawful basis: consent, which you may withdraw at any time.
- To maintain the security and performance of the website — lawful basis: legitimate interests.
- To meet our legal and accounting obligations — lawful basis: legal obligation.
Who we share it with
We do not sell personal data and we do not share it for advertising. We use a small number of service providers who process data on our behalf under contract:
- Vercel Inc. — website hosting and privacy-friendly, cookieless analytics.
- Resend — delivery of enquiry and newsletter emails.
- Google — calendar booking, only if you choose to book an appointment.
- Professional advisers and authorities, where we are legally required to disclose.
International transfers
Some of our providers process data outside the United Kingdom. Where that happens, transfers are protected by UK adequacy regulations or by the International Data Transfer Agreement or equivalent standard contractual clauses.
How long we keep it
Enquiries are kept for as long as needed to deal with your request and for up to three years afterwards, so we can pick up the conversation if you return. Newsletter subscriptions are kept until you unsubscribe. Records we must retain for tax or company law purposes are kept for the period the law requires — normally six years.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR you have the right to access your personal data, to have it corrected or erased, to restrict or object to processing, to data portability, and to withdraw consent where processing is based on consent.
To exercise any of these rights, email info@keysnlinks.com. We will respond within one month.
If you are not satisfied with our response, you may complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk), the UK supervisory authority for data protection.
Security
The website is served over HTTPS. Enquiry and newsletter submissions are transmitted over encrypted connections and are accessible only to KeysnLinks personnel who need them. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
